To ensure the safety and performance of all our customers, we only accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that customized jerseys and protective mouthguards are final sale.

How long does shipping take for heavy items like treadmills or weight sets?

Standard shipping for small items takes 3-5 business days. For oversized equipment, we use specialized freight carriers, which typically deliver within 7-14 business days. You will receive a tracking link once your order leaves our warehouse.

Do you offer professional restringing or sharpening services?

Yes! Ernie's Sports Experts provides professional skate sharpening, tennis racket restringing, and glove conditioning. These services can be booked online or requested at any of our retail locations.

Does my equipment come with a manufacturer warranty?

All new equipment is covered by the original manufacturer's warranty against defects. Ernie's Sports Experts also offers an extended 'Pro-Guard' protection plan for high-wear items like composite sticks and electronic fitness trackers.

Can I pick up my online order in-store?

Absolutely. Select the 'In-Store Pickup' option at checkout. Most orders are processed and ready for collection within 2 to 4 hours, provided the items are in stock at your selected location.
