At Ernie's Sports Experts, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your game. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Ensure your sporting goods are in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact; please note that customized jerseys and intimate apparel are final sale.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and choose between a refund or an exchange.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Processing and Refund

  Once our team inspects your return at the warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
